History
CHILE is a country where people enjoy the best natural conditions for the production of superb wines. Thanks to its geographical isolation, the country has been spared from devastating plagues that have affected other winemaking regions on the planet.
This is what in the early 90s prompted the owners of Viñedos Terranoble to take the challenge of producing a family of the highest quality noble wines. Capitalizing on nature's blessings, and using high-end technologies and centennial winemaking traditions, the company devoted itself to choosing the best location for its vineyards, selecting the finest varieties, and building a state-of-the-art cellar.
In 1993, Viñedos Terranoble settled in the Maule Valley, the largest wine-producing region in Chile, with a tradition that dates as far back as the 17th century. The first harvest took place in 1994, with the resulting wines being immediately recognized for their quality and nobility. Since then, thanks to VIÑEDOS TERRANOBLE's meticulous vineyard management and a careful winemaking process, it has, year after year, consolidated its prestige as a manufacturer of fine wines.
In 2003, Viñedos Terranoble acquired other 30 hectares in the area of Los Lingues located in the eastern part of Colchagua Valley, 140 Km south of Santiago city. On those hectares the varieties Cabernet Sauvignon, Carmenere and Syrah are cultivated. The purpose is to obtain different qualities in the grape varieties that those obtained in the Valley of Maule
At the present time, the commercialization of Viñedos Terranoble 's products focuses mainly on international markets, where they are offered under the brand Valle Andino .
