Very fruity complex bouquet with hints of pineapple, oranges and lemons and white flowers. Full and persistent on the palate with a light acidic tone and balance which gives it liveliness and freshness. Straw yellow colour with greenish tones.

Unisono is produced from Chardonnay grapes vinified purely. The choice was of using only one type of vine which has found a natural habitat in the heart of the Monferrato hills. It has an intense and fine bouquet which becomes more complex with time. On the palate it has a good balance between freshness and smoothness with a persistent aroma of great elegance.
