Zone of production: Gavi e Novi Ligure

Gavi is Piedmont's pre-eminent white wine. It has resisted the trends and fashions of recent years brilliantly, its splendid image and prestige ensuring that it has continued to grace the most refined tables. Once again it can be seen that, by using the same species of grape, Cortese, grown though in zones with different weather conditions, two different products can be obtained: Gavi and Cortese Monferrato. And the surprises that the viticultural and oenological sector has in store for us don't stop here.

Gastronomic accompaniments: suitable for imbibing throughout the meal, especially if the menu is a fish-based one.

To serve: is should be served chilled but not cold (8° - 10°C)
