Useful information: we are enormously flattered by the numerous accolades accorded to our Barbera d'Asti over the years; in fact, we look upon them not so much as a point of arrival, which sees the end of years of economic and financial investments, as well as investments in human resources, but as a point of departure spurring us on to continue our quest for Quality with the same determination as ever. And to believe in a species of vine such as Barbera - simple and strong - which, if handled with care and love, is capable of producing a wine of great and rare nobility.

Gastronomic accompaniments: it goes wonderfully with cheeses and with an international cuisine that foresees particularly rich and important dishes.

To serve: it is best served at a temperature of 20-22°C after first being decanted at least a couple of hours before hand.
