Limoncetta is a rosolio with very old origins and is typical of the popular tradition of the Sorrentino peninsula. Limocetta is made using only Protected Geographical Indication Sorrento lemons, whose rind is characterised by a particular richness of esential oils. The typical production process has been based on cold infusion of the rinds.
The choice of raw materials, the traditional method of production and the completely natural formulation give Limoncetta a matchless aromatic bouquet, in which the intensity of the citrus note is softened in a harmony of unique flavour.
