Composition: Wine, alcohol, sugar, herbs and spices.
First Phase: preparation of the wine base which consists in selecting the most neutral wines that are amalgamated with extracts of herbs and spices. Young white wines are preferable.
Second Phase: preparation of the herbs, partly local (absinthe, ceria, sweet and bitter orange…) and partly exotic (cinnamon, sandalwood, cloves, nutmeg, china bark wood, …), from which an alcoholic liquid at approx. 30° is extracted with the active principles of the herbs.
Third phase: Preparation of the final product, this includes the blending of the alcoholic liquid, sugar and extracts, filtration and tank refining.
Sugar content: 170 g / litre
Taste: Delicate and aromatic, sweet, velvety full and harmonic
Color: Straw yellow
Bouquet: Particularly delicate, ample and intense
