In this section we will attempt to answer the most frequently asked questions and help you with solving common problems. Should you not find an answer to a question, contact us, our operators will gladly help you.

Question Can I purchase alcohol through drinks24.cz if I am not over 18?
Answer No. You can however choose from our wide assortment of non-alcoholic beverages, condiments, chocolates and delicatessens.
 
Question Can I buy individual items or do I have to purchase whole cartons/cases?
Answer There's no quantity requirement whatsoever, you're free to buy individual items as you desire.
 
Question How long does it take to dispatch products? How can I tell if products are in stock?
Answer If product is in stock and the system responds with a time stamp prior to 10.00, we will expedite the same day. Each product displays information about availability (e.g. "In stock", "Delivered within X days" nebo "Soldout, availability on request"). Product that is in stock also has a green dot in the picture under the product code (In stock). We are capable of expediting 99% of products that are not in stock within 48 hours of receipt of order.
 
Question If product is displayed as in stock, can I personally pick it up the same day?
Answer Yes. Please call ahead and arrange with our operator to block the required amount in the warehouse.
 
Question Is it possible to either speed up or postpone delivery?
Answer We will endeavour to meet your needs. Please include this requirement in the notes section when ordering or contact our operators directly.
 
Question Do you ship goods to international destinations / overseas etc. (outside Czech Republic)?
Answer Unfortunately not. International shipping of alcoholic beverages is not possible due to fiscal and legal reasons.
 
Question My delivered order is short of a product! What should I do?
Answer This very rarely happens, nevertheless we cannot rule it out. Sometimes, due to availability issues from various warehouses you may receive your order over several deliveries. This information should be stated on the bill of delivery. You will not pay for these extra deliveries. Should your order not fall into this category and yet you are short of an ordered product, please contact us.
 
Question My order is showing as Expedited for X hours/days but has not yet arrived. What should I do?
Answer The time for delivery of goods to customer from expedition can take from 1 hour to 3 working days, depending on destination. The most likely cause for an order not arriving more than 3 days after expedition is that the recipient or their nominated substitute was not available at the nominated address upon delivery and we could not contact you. Please contact us with any questions or doubts.
 
Question My order arrived damaged. What should I do?
Answer Our specialized anti-shock cartons should eliminate such an occurence, nevertheless we cannot rule it out. Contact us immediately and apply for compensation. Our operators will discuss next steps and compensation with you.
 
Question I cannot find a specific product. Can you track it down / include it in your assortment?
Answer We will gladly help you. Let us know what it is you are looking for and we will do what we can.
