Gentle spirit of fully ripe fruit. . Long been matured in wooden casks. It is characterized by a harmonious taste perfect. Actual production of this great pear precedes very careful selection of fruit. All fruit must be perfectly ripe and without any signs of infestation or rot.

Distillation takes place very slowly and the spirit is then stored in oak barrels, where it matures for 10-18 months. Maturation period depends on the strength of the original spirit, but on experience destillers. Annual evaporation (Angels ratio) is approximately 2-4% per annum. Oak barrels can hold 220 liters, and are used more than 3 to 4 times, always after a thorough review.
