Paul Boutinot's philosophy is to make wines that are a true expression of their varietal character and perfect partners to food. Minimal intervention in the winery (no temperature control on the Reds and use of indigenous yeasts) along with judicious use of oak are key production techniques used in the making of the Fruits of France range. All the wines are bottled under screwcap to ensure they are at optimum freshness and quality when they reach you.
