Israeli Binyamina Wine Cellars

Binyamina Wine Cellars was established in 1952 in the heart of the charming town of Binyamina. The main building, that today houses the Visitor`s Center, was originally built by Baron de Rothschild in1925 as a perfume factory and in the 1940s it served as a hideout for members of the Hagana (a pre-State Jewish defense force).

The winery evolved through several stages until 1992, when it was acquired by a group of private investors. It is today owned by Danny Dimbort and Avi Lerner, owners of Nu Image, a Hollywood-based production company, who have invested enormous amounts in providing the winery with cutting-edge technology and the capabilities for producing quality wines.
