Negrita
Negrita Rum
Tradition of this rum goes to the year 1857 when a brand "Negrita" was registred. Negrita is the right sugar cane rum that comes from Carribean Island. Production of Negrita rum proceeds the standard way sugar cane must (so called melasa), goes through the process of fermentation and distillation. The result product is clear rum(white rum) that is bottled. After the destillation dark rum is placed to oak barrels where it is aging and getting its brownish colour.
