Ageing
In stainless steel barrels for about 10 months. The bottle ageing is for about 2 months.
Vinification
Pressing of the intact grapes, static settling at 10°and temperature controlled fermentation at 16° for 2 weeks in stainless steel barrels. The malo lactic fermentation only partially made.
Serving suggestion
Fish, vegetables, pasta and appetizers. Good as aperitif.
Serving Temperature: 10 - 12°C .
