Cellier des Samsons Julienas AOC 0.75l
A traditional fermentation combined with a semi Macération carbonique (partial carbonic soaking) which creates a wine with lots of ripe fruit and a smooth taste. A reddish color, the smell dominated aromas of raspberries, cherries, cloves, cinnamon and pears. The taste is strong with a fresh fruity aftertaste and fine ripe tannins. The finish is of light chocolate tones.
