The dynamism, the research, the evolution of Srimaglio style come out once again with the creation of this Monferrato Bianco, thought and studied in exclusive for Alfa Romeo. The aim is to produce a wine with innovative characteristics, starting from international grapes produced in Peimonte as a Sauvignon and the Chardonnay. The result wants to be a serious and important wine, pleasant at the same time. The production method called "in reduction" foresees than nor the must nor the wine are ever in contact with oxygen, so to preserve the integrity of the bouquet and the taste of the grapes in origin.

Gastronomic suggestions: This wine is of notable importance, exempt from the seasnal nature of the white wine consuption. It is highly recommended with rich fish dishes, though without excluding it being served with warm hors - d' oeuvres in winter.
